Where can I find external link to ISE Design Guides

Hi Team,

I have to share ISE Best Practice document and Design Guides to partner and also customer.

I see Design Guides link in Community is under CCO ID so it is partner accessible but what about external links. We used to have Design guides link externally as well. Can you please help.

Also when can we expect HLD for ISE 2.2 or 2.1
