WiFI External Web Auth Redirection - No Controller present

Hi,

I am trying to setup an external web auth with Cisco access point. The below placed url provides details for internal web-auth, but not for external web auth redirection.

Can someone please guide towards the details or document, wherein external web auth with the Cisco AP can be done, wherein there is no Controller present.

I have read about Radius CoA being used to authenticate and manage the User authentication, can someone share a doc here.
