Win2k Server User Authentication with ASA 5520 AAA Group

I've setup VPN access that is supposed to use my Win2k domain controller for authentication. Users are able to gain access to the domain eventhough their user account has deny remote connection enabled in their account. Why does the VPN client still allow access to the domain?
