Alternate way to log into switch on network

Hi, I would appreciate if someone could help me with a network issue.    I have a remote location with a switch I can not log into.    I can remote into PC -> CBS250.  

However, I have a CBS350 that is connected to the CBS250 that I can not log into.   Bonjour LLDP show the CBS350 as Neighbor with IP 192.168.2.2 but that IP does not work.  The business dashboard shows the CBS350 as online.   

I would greatly appreciate if there is any alternative way to log into the CBS350.

Have you tried connecting to the CBS350 from the CBS250?

Okay, so the CBS350 shows an IP of 192.168.2.2, how's the CBS250 connected interface configured, and what SVIs are on the CBS250?

Hi, I use VLAN 1 as default on the CBS250, but I see the neighbor info shows VLAN 0 for the CBS350.  On the CBS250 I can only add VLAN «2» and higher, not «0».
