Hi,

We are experiencing issue on Cisco Prime 3.1,

We have a WLC 2504 and AP 3802 8.5.135.0

The WLC was reachable and the AP information in Network Devices was good.

But in Maps, the AP shows grey-out with question mark and when I search for the meaning of that, it means that the AP is unreachable.

Can someone help me, Thanks

I don't understand the question.

See the attachment on my 2nd reply, The AP icon should be green or yellow right, but in my screenshot it was grey.

 - Try rebooting the AP.

We already reboot the AP still same problem,
Did you think its on the version or model of the AP?

So it means that PI detects the APs to be down.
So what I want to know is this: The AP is down. What have you done to troubleshoot?

Yes, the PI detects the AP down,
Troubleshooting done, i restart the wlc and re-discover the wlc

Wait ... The AP is DOWN.  So why did you need to restart the WLC?

And how is restarting the WLC enable you to find out why the AP is down?

It doesn't make any sense!

Anyways, if you see the attachment. You will see the AP was down, it was suppose to be up right? And also, the status of APs in the WLC are all up.
I'm asking why in the maps of PI the AP was grey or down.
