Is it really possible to get a networking engineering job with the Cisco CCST network technician certification 100–150? 

Hope will get some honest answers.

Possibly?  Sure.

However if you mean guaranteed, no.

If you mean improve your chances, maybe.

If you're trying to figure is it worth the time, effort and cost, very hard to say, but that's true of any certification or diploma.
