Ciscoworks server fails to respond after IDU installation?

After the installation of RME34 IDUv11 I cannot start my Ciscoworks server?

I have rebooted the server and checked all Ciscoworks related services and they're all running.

I receive the following error message:

"The Server is not yet ready to accept requests. Please try connecting after sometime. If the problem persists, please contact your System Administrator"

Any ideas?

restart the server where CiscoWorks is installed

Go to DOS prompt

do a "net stop crmdmgtd"

issue again the command "net start crmdmgtd"

This should solve your issue
