I've found information in Bug Toolkit about olders DFM versions with the same problem, but it suposed to be fixed:

Notification device selector may be empty
Symptom:
The Device Selector under Device Fault Manager > Notification Services > Notification Groups > Add appears empty (i.e. there are no folders seen). Additionally, the following exception will be seen in the DFMDeviceSelector.log:

Conditions:
This typically occurs when there are wireless devices such as the Wireless LAN Solution Engine managed by DFM. However, other devices may trigger the same behavior.
Workaround:
There is no workaround.
