How to check mail Notifications configuration alerts for network devices availability in LMS 4.2.3

I create Email Notifications alerts for network devices availability in LMS 4.2.3 but not sent any mail ?

Are you getting other emails from LMS ?

If not , check the SMTP server ..

If yes , then send me the smtp.log  and redaemon.xml

try to restart the LMS service and see if it works.
