Can interface utilization be monitored in "real time", meaning if I set the poll to 1 sec will it report accurate utilization on each poll? This question came about because when I set the poll to 5 secs on a 3Mbps interface it would report nothing for 3 or 4 polls and then on 5th poll it would report the utilization as 30Mbps. Interface is fully utilized but how can it be greater than the actual physical interface?
