Hi, we have 2 Cisco Catalyst 6509 with ID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.283 and IOS 12.2(33)SXJ. When LMS 4.0.1 tries to collect their inventory, it fails with the error message: "Device Collection Failed". I have looked in the Supported Devices Table for LMS 4.0 and I see that these devices are managed.
How can we fix this problem in order to get the inventory data from these 2 devices?
