LMS/DFM: bogus alerts - ifindex issue?

I'm seeing alerts/events for issues that don't exist:

7.
OperationallyDown
IF-blah/137 [Lo0] [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]
19-Jan-2010 11:09:49
Active

sho int l0

Loopback0 is up, line protocol is up
  Hardware is Loopback
  Internet address is xx.x.x.x/32

I'm also seeing problems with chassis cards appearing down when they aren't.

I'm not sure whether the /137 in the alarm is an snmp ifindex or not but if it is, I think it's mixed up:

sh snmp mib ifmib ifindex | include Loop
Loopback0: Ifindex = 155

sh snmp mib ifmib ifindex | include 136
GigabitEthernetX/Y: Ifindex = 136

sho int gX/Y
GigabitEthernetX/Y is down, line protocol is down (notconnect)
Hardware is Gigabit Ethernet Port, address is xxxx.xxxx.xxxx (bia xxxx.xxxx.xxxx)
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 1000000 Kbit, DLY 10 usec,
     reliability 255/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255

What version of DFM is this?

It's LMS 3.2.0

I think I cleared it by rediscovering the devices.
