MATLAB1 service is down

hello

 I have Prime infrastructure 3.1.0 and i have been recently getting this error 

"Component: Health Monitor, Server: Primary, Type: Process, Service:
Prime Infrastructure, When: Startup, State: Stand Alone, Result:
Warning, MSG: MATLAB1 service is down and an attempt will be made to
automatically restart the service " and the server keeps restarting every 15 minutes

Kindly any advice on what is the cause of this problem and any solution

Thank you, is there a work around for it

Pi 3.1.2 fixed the issue. Work Around on PI 3.1, you need to manually clear the alarms.
