Hi,

Is the CUOM able to monitor RAID controller events for the IBM servers where CUCM and other Cisco products are installed?

Not yet, however, there is an enhancement request for 2.2:

CSCsj31702 OM needs the capability to monitor and alarm when HDs in RAID fail

I do recommend that you open a TAC case and ask to attach your case to this bug, so it will have more importance for engineering.
