i want to make the server accessible from outside and from my network 

i advertised the lan network on the mpls and when i trace it from any place it goes until the wan interface of the modem and no route from there

For the outside, you need to make a NAT 1:1 or Port Forwarding alongside Security Rules on the Internet router this covers access for all hosts outside (internet) of your network.

On the Internal, as far as you have routing and Security open to that server traffic should flow fine

One approach is to move the server to a public IP, and then you might access it, just like any server with a public IP.

Often such network placement is called a "DMZ" as you might filter traffic, from both inside and outside accessing such a server.  For example, for outside traffic, possibly only web traffic is allowed and additionally, for inside traffic, remote access, etc.

i solved this problem 
i made port forwarding on the modem and nat on fortigate
