SSL ERROR NO CYPHER OVERLAP error on 1921 router

Cheif Engineer here on a large motor yacht.

When logging into our 1921 router at 192.168.15.1 to get to the GUI this error pops up. It has a configuration in it so we don't want to factory default it. We need to set some DHCP reservations in the router for some new entertainment equipment. I'm not even sure of the username and password and hoping the previous Engineer left them at defaults but cant access the login page.

I have a console cable connected with a USB to Serial adapter but have no idea what the process is.

I'm in the dark here, can anyone offer us any assistance?
