Static IP addresses for VPN clients

I need a VPN router that will allow me to assign a static IP address to a VPN client based on the username.  I have done this before with an RV180 VPN router but that model is obsolete.  What current model has the ability to pair up a VPN user to a static VPN address?  For example if my VPN address range is 192.168.10.2 - 192.168.10.31 and I and I have a user named Harvey, I want to be able to set his VPN address to let's say 192.168.10.20 whenever he connects.
