In our environment the IP address of Prime (which resides in our internal network) is translated to a different address for devices which resides on the external networks. When you make a configuration backup or image upgrade for example, at a certain point the routers&switches initiate a connection to Prime. And in our environment, for the devices that reside on the external network, they need to initiate a connection to the translated address of Prime.
The way you can do configure the translated address in LMS 4.2.5 is via:
Select Admin > Collection Settings > Config > Edit the Inventory, Config Timeout, and Retry
settings. Via Inline Edit ..
Does anyone know how to configure this in Prime 3.1 ?
