Unable to add New MAP in PI3.2

Hi,

We are using Cisco Prime 3.2 for wireless Planning. When we are trying to add new MAP in PI3.2 getting below error message 

An internal failure occurred while fulfilling this request. Check logs for details.

Please find error screen shot as well.
