Pre-requisites are:

• Basic understanding of Python constructs (loops, variables, objects)

• Preferred IDE software (we'll be using PyCharm)

• Web browser of choice

I think either GMT or UTC is easier for most people to deal with. Everyone knows their offset from either of these. 🙂 Maybe listing both might help?
