How Can Python Help Beginners Learn Network Automation

Hi everyone!

I'm a student currently exploring Cisco DevNet and learning about Python and network automation. I recently completed a Basic Python Learning Lab, and it helped me understand how Python can be used in programming.

I'm curious about how Python is applied to real-world network automation. What beginner-friendly tools or projects would you recommend for someone just starting out?

 Are you able to connect to a Cisco device using Python? 
 You can start from there. Get a Cisco device, you can use a Emulator like GNS3 or Eve, if dont have access to a physical one. You can also try CML.
 Be able to connect to a device using Python is a good exercise. Once you are there, you can start grabbing information from the device or even change basic config via script.
 Dont worry too much about tools. If you have python properly running in your environment, you can use anything you want to create the code.
