Modifying Template VPN Exclusion Rules via API

I need to automate updates to some templates to add IP addresses to VPN Exclusions Rules in the SD-WAN and Traffic Shaping part of the dashboard. I've poked through the API documentation and I cannot find where I would configure this. Where can I pull this to see the existing settings and set via the API?
