Sandbox broken

On the Cisco Community forum, a user is trying to access the Meraki Sandbox:

On the Meraki developer hub:

https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/

and the bottom of the page it has a link for a sandbox.

In the instructions, the given login details do not work:

I verified this is currently working. Tech on our team said he had to contact Meraki support at some point recently to get them to fix the account.

This is broken again.

When accessing any of the 3 available sandboxes.

Not just me either it seems:
