Hi

How can I extract the serial numbers of SFPs installed on switches and mx?

You can see it when you click on the switch port.

Sorry for the lack of precision in my question. But my question is: is there an API to search for this information?

As far I know there is no API for it. Have checked on the documentation API?

All available APIs are here, if you haven't found it then it doesn't exist.

I don't know the answer.

The closest might be:
https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/api-v1/get-organization-inventory-devices/

It can return "Additional device information". You might get lucky.
