4240 memory question

I have a 4240 IPS unit and it is using 1371 out of 1893 and only has 522 left and it is climbing. Is this normal and if it is not how do I clear the memory so it is not using so much memory?

They will tend to use all available memory. Unless you start swapping to disk, don't worry about it.
