4260 not booting

Hello Experts.

I have a 4260 that is rebooting every single minute. When I access it via console I do not see anything in the console window. It is death. Before the RMA what else can I  troubleshoot?

See if you can reimage the IPS to the latest version before RMA.

How do I do that if there is not access to the device. It's booting every minute and the console doesn't show anything.
