AAA authorization and tacacs timeout

Hi,

after input the CLI:

aaa authentication login default group tacacs+ local

the authentication will use tacacs+ as the main authentication source and local user database as fallback

if the tacacs+ server is not reachable, how long does it take to switch to the local authentication? In this case is the tacacs-server timeout relevant?
