I have a third party sip server on my internal network and I need to open the access for an external SIP server on ASA to make a SIP trunk with my SIP server. What ports I need to open for external SIP server on ASA to successfully communicate with my SIP server through SIP trunk.

Default port that ASA uses for SIP is 5060, and ASA also has inspection engine for SIP protocol.

More information on the following doc:

However, you would need to check with your external SIP server/provider on what port(s) they are using as they could be using non standard port for the communication.
