Access Rule descriptions are being multiplied and and added to each rule

We had an upgrade performed by an IT Company (who will remain nameless). The Upgrade was to our ASA5515 to Version 9.4(2)11. Ever since the upgrade we have had issues with in ASDM (version 7.5(2)153. In the Access Rules the description field is being copied to other rules. When we delete the duplicate descriptions they come back the next day. See attachment

As per the release notes the recommended version is ASDM 7.6.1 for ASA 9.4 code:

Could you please try with the recommended ASDM and check if you still face the same issue ?

We have now upgraded to the recommended ASDM version, but the issue was not resolved. However it looks like we have found a resolution. We have resolved the issue by deleting the description and entering something different. If you deleted the description and re-add the same text the issue remained. If you deleted it and added something different in the description field the issue went away.
