Hi All,
May i know if there is any way we can get the access to M365 using Dynamic list or any External Distribution List(Like Palo Does) in Cisco FTD?

Yes, there are several ways. The most recent one is using Cisco Secure Dynamic Attributes Connector - CSDAC. Details here: https://secure.cisco.com/secure-firewall/docs/cisco-secure-dynamic-attribute-connector
