Active/Active ASA Failover

  Hi , Friends !

i am using ASA Active and Active Failover Design

the Issue is that when both ASA Firewalls are powered off and i Power on Only one ASA at the time the ASA is waiting for more than 20 mins and shows all interfaces as

act/sec/SRV-A(config)# show fa

Failover On

Interface TO-O (x.x.x.x): No Link (Waiting)

Interface TO-P (x.x.x.x): No Link (Waiting)

Interface TO-D (x.x.x.x): No Link (Waiting)

When i change polling times for less that 10 seconds, it shows <  WARNING: command has no effect for active/active failover >

As well when i want to manually Active ASA

stby/sec(config)# failover active

This unit is in syncing state. 'failover' command will not be effective at this time

i want to design the network in such a way that when ASA comes up it dose not wait for peer for long time and goes as Active ASAP

Here the question created in my mined that if i have power issue in Datacenter and face to ASA Damage problem, when i power 1 ASA on should it take such this long time that my network work normally ?

Please Help !

Interesting scenario; we will need the following:
- show ver
- show run failover
