Ad-agent + windows server R2 2008 SP1 RUS

Hello i want to configure ad agent on windows server 2008 R2 SP1 with all need patch installed.

When i try to connect to DC with adacfg dc list, status is UP. Log ADOBserver's don't show any errors. But when try  to do command "adacfg cache list", result - empty.

In what may be the problem? Perhaps it is related to the language of the OS?

Look up the directory C:\IBF\XXX and inside the log, is there any other information about the error message?

I already read this article. And did all by this article. But it didn't work

Log had not any error.

     adactrl.exe show running

          running C:\\IBF\\watchdog\\radiusServer.bat since 2012- 7-25 T14:54:

          running C:\\IBF\\watchdog\\adObserver.bat since 2012- 7-25 T14:54:26

I'm no expert on this. I tried though. Perhaps, you'll need to speak with your vendor that sold you the Cisco AD Agent for further assistance. Sorry bro :-(
