Add Network Object window in my ASDM (7.6) is missing the NAT section. Add NAT rule dropdown also different than documentation.

Hi All,

Can someone tell me what is going on with my customer's ASA 5585?  I was attempting to create an object NAT rule for an inside host, but the NAT section does not exist in the Add Network Object window.  

Also, "Add Object NAT" is not an option in Configuration > Firewall > NAT rules,  "Add+" drop down.

The customer states his ASA is in routed mode, but I didnt verify.  I have been inside dozens and dozens of Customers ASAs, to setup this NAT rule, but have never encountered missing NAT options.

Perhaps clear the ASDM cache. From ASDM, File > Clear ASDM Cache

If not that, clear the java cache.

If that doesn't work, perhaps consider upgrading ASDM version, 7.6 is over 5 years old. If you consider upgrading, upgrade it inline with the compatible version of ASA software currently running.
