Additional Line card

I have a doubt in Cisco ASA.Is it possible to add additonal line card on cisco ASA-5510.if possible please let me know.

hi,

the only module i could think of on an ASA 5510 is the CSC-SSM-10 which is EOL/EOS couple of years ago.

this has been replaced by ASA 5500-X NGFW + FirePower module.

Hi John,

   By default Cisco ASA-5510 has 4 Fastethernet ports.i want to connect more Switches.

Is there any way to add additional Line card or i want to purchase Cisco ASA  5512-X / 5515-X

Please provide some input on this..

hi,

there's no ethernet line card for ASA 5510. you can get a 5512-x or 5515-x that has default 6 gig e ports or use the 5510 and get a separate 8-port LAN switch.
