Allow DMZ to access Internal host

I'm having problems understanding how to allow access from a DMZ interface to an internal interface.

We have:

DMZ

|

ASA > switch > ASA -- Inside

The DMZ is 172.16.10.12

Inside is 10.10.1.6

How can I allow 172.16.10.12 access to communicate to 10.10.1.6?

There are two ASA's.

I've attached the config of the asa with all public ips changed or removed.

See the below example of simple dmz config.
