Analysis Engine not starting after 6.1 upgrade

The Analysis Engine on my sensor is not starting after the upgrade to 6.1.

Also, when I use IDM to connect to the sensor it says:

Error connecting to sensor. Failed to create sensor - <IP address>.

Exiting IDM.

Can you provide the output of commands "show tech" and "show version" which will help us in identifying the reason for the issue and resolving the same.

Symptom:

After signature update or configuration change the AnalysisEngine shows NotRunning.

Conditions:

After a signature update or other configuration change.

Workaround:

None, to restore service reboot sensor.
