I am getting reports from users trying to download the Meeting Manager Plug from Webex.com about it starting out 400-500K transfer rate and then dropping to somewhere around dialin speed. I have done a packet capture at the ASA and am not seeing any packet out of order messages or anything that would indicate a problem.

Hi Ron,
Do you see this issue with any other websites? This might not necessarily be an ASA issue. Could you test this by bypassing the ASA and see if the speed is normal?

Only seeing this problem with Webex. I have gone to other websites and repeatedly downloaded the same files. Havent been able to duplicate the problem.
I have ticket open with Webex yesterday and am waiting on a response.
