Appliance sizing tool

Is there a tool or calculation guideline one can use to determine the basic throughput needed for an environment. For example, using the size of the Internet Connection speed, number of internet users, gateway throughput with basic NGFW filter excluding Advanced features where we know it could change throughput a great deal.

We plan for Cisco Partner availability of our NGFW Sizing tool called Performance Estimator later this year. The tool is currently Cisco internal use only and you may reach out to your Cisco SE for any NGFW sizing questions.
