Hello,
I Have a vpn between my site (asa 5506) and a costumer site (5505). It’s been working for more than 1 year but since yesterday the ASA 5505 is always rebooting (from 10 in 10 minutes).
The crashinfo command shows:
Thread Name: Unicorn Admin Handler
Page fault: Address not mapped
I have the firmware 9.2.4(18).
I already readed a lot of post, and turned off logging, checked memory, cpu, everything seems ok.
Any idea?
Thank you in advance

OMG...
Now the crashinfo is giving me ARP THREAD error 000000004.
So... the error is not always the same as i thought...
Insane? :)

I would open a TAC case to have them look on it ASAP. Crashes are almost always bugs in the system, so they should be able to decode the crashinfo and determine which bugs you are hitting.
Another option is to upgrade to the latest interim release available in the train (for example 9.2(4)28). Hopefully this bug has been caught and fixed in later releases.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
I can't upgrade the firmware. Every time i try, it stops in 9% (+-).
Even with only the outside interface up, logging off, only the vpn tunnel it reloads and it's not possible to upgrade it.
Regards
