ASA 5506 password reset problem - Unable to perform in Packet Tracer 7.3

I have attempted to perform a password reset on the Cisco ASA 5506 in Packet Tracer.  I am not able to use the Esc or Break keys to interrupt the boot sequence and get into Rommon mode (I have also tried Cntrl-Break and a few other key combinations).  Is there a way to do this?  Using Break with routers is working fine.  Thank you in advance.

Using the "ESC" button to break the boot sequence is the correct method. I am not familiar with Packet Tracer but it is perhaps a limitation.

I would recommend reaching out to the support team that manages the Packet Tracer application.

Hello...thank you for responding.

I am very familiar with how to reset the password in the real world.  I
merely wanted to be able to demonstrate it in Packet Tracer.
