I've been working on solving this problem for several days ... I've looked at every bit of information I can find, but I have not been successful at solving the problem.
ASDM will only launch 1 time after a fresh reboot of the ASA device. Any further attempts to launch ASDM fail.
Currently running ASA 9.9(2) and ASDM 7.9(2). This problem started on version 9.6/7.6 ... software update did not solve the issue. I need to be able to reliably connect to ASDM without rebooting the device first. I've tried different client computers with the same result. (see log below)
