ASA 5510 convert from single to multiple context

I am trying to convert our current ASA from single to multiple context. When I issue the command mode multiple, I get the below, but it never goes any further. I have allowed a long time, but nothing happens. Any help or advise.

WARNING: This command will initiate a Reboot

Proceed with change mode? [confirm]

Convert the system configuration? [confirm]

Does your unit have a Security Plus license?

Please provide sanitized "show version" or "show activation-key".

Both units have Security Plus. I have left the unit over night and still stuck at this stage. Is there something in our config that could be causing this, or a way to step through it and watch the conversion to see where it is stopping. As there are several thousand lines, it would take a long time to check manually.
