I haven't had any experience with MSDTC, is MSDTC a protocol??? If it is then I don't think there is any inspection for it. Here is a doc for all inspection supported by ASA:

protocol or not is something whidely using and is MICROSOFT!. CISCO can't say "what is it".

is something that in all case open backwark ports as FTP or other servers uses to open from target to originator and ASA should INSPECT traffic and auto open in dynamic the ports needed to allow the transaction.
