ASA 5510 specifications

Hi all,

One of the Customer is planning to buy ASA 5510.He has a central site with Internt leased line with static IPs.There are multiple branches with Internet Broadband connectivity.For IPSec-RA (Remote access IPSec), do remote site PCs need to have static IPs? The customer is not interested in buying SSL Licenses.What client software is needed in those remote branch offices.

The ASA 5510 which is behind an 1841 has to terminate those IPsec VPNs.

HI,

No Static Public IP is require at Branch location.

But your CO shoulg have fix Public IP on ASA Internet facing Interface.

You can use latest Cisco VPN Client software.
