ASA-5510 VPN issues

Need advice on setting up two things on an ASA-5510.

1) Setting up QoS on a VPN connection. When I enable QoS on a VPN it breaks all other VPNs I have configured.

2) Setting up a VPN with an iPhone VPN Client. Cisco's Docs are pretty straight forward but does not work as advertised.

Any body - have any tricks or suggestions?

If the VPN breaks, it means that he congestion is affecting all the traffic and bandwidth control should be applied on a router which is in front of ASA. If the VPN is up but traffic inside the tunnel is not going through, it means that you might want to prioritize the traffic inside your VPN. Following link may help you
