Hello

My ASA 5510 wont boot up. It was working fine before I rackmounted it. Now I'm just getting the following messages repeatedly. I've tried contacting Cisco but they wont talk to us because we didn't purchase support with the device (despite the device being less that 1 year old). Please help

It passed out from interface detection..

Advice you to please check IOS is there or not?

In monitor mode give DIR command.. it will show you.

If you find an IOS at there please, Boot device by using that IOS.

Command is: boot system disk0:/asa722-k8.bin

If you are unable to get in monitor mode than..upload IOS into that and try to beet.

Thanks for the reply. I eventually got Cisco to talk to me who have diagnosed it as a hardware issue and are shipping a new device out. Thanks for the help anyway.
