ASA 5520 - No boot, no prompt

Hi everyone,

Not much information to share here other than this Cisco ASA 5520 does not boot. Haven't had a chance to check the flash yet but from what I know, I would expect *something* to show up on the console during the boot.

Any suggestions as to what to try?

The console cable I'm using is good, I can use it on other devices with no problem. Using CoolTerm on mac. Get no output what so ever on startup.

Suggestions???

what does the front LED lights show?

It's showing all green except an amber status light. All lights are solid.

hi,

try reseating the RAM first.

if it's still not booting up, try replacing it.
