ASA 5520 upgrade to 9.x.x, RAM & IOS limitations?

Hi,

can we upgrade the ASA 5520 firewall to any of the 9.x IOS versions like 9.1.7, 9.9 or 9.10? do we need additional RAM if we upgrading from 8.x to 9.x? how higher the ASA 5520 go into the upgrade path?

The 5510/5520/5540 and 5550 models are end of sales since 2013 and end of life since 2018. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/security/asa-5500-series-next-generation-firewalls/eol_C51-727279.html The last ASA software version that you can run on them is 9.1(7) It was last patched with interim build 32 in 2018.
