No it doesn't - the service policy in the ASA redirecting traffic to the sfr module is included but none of the module settings and policies.
Using FireSIGHT Management Center you can put your ASAs in a group and apply policies in a synchronized fashion from there.
That's one of the advantages of using FMC for even the smaller devices (5506, 5508 and 5516) that allow you to configure the individual modules via ASDM.
