ASA 5525X-error connecting to sensor error loading sensor

I have a 5525X device with IPS. I am able to access the ASA with ASDM. I am also able to access the IPS using IDM.

But when I connect to IPS using ASDM I am getting the error "error connecting to sensor error loading sensor"

I am sure it's not an acl issue since I can  access it thru IDM. Any work around?
